On making changes to the decision № 60 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic “on aims to provide traffic security” dated on the 6th of April, 1999.

THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

DECISION №135, Baku, the 16th of August, 2011

on making changes  to the decision № 60 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic “on aims to provide traffic security” dated on April 6, 1999.                                

In order to execute the article №1.2 of the Azerbaijan Republic President’s decree №393 dated on the 3rd of March, 2011 on making changes to the Azerbaijan Republic President’s decree №389 dated on the 29th of August, 2000 on the Azerbaijan Republic Official Damage Codes application, coming into force and on referring legal adjustment matters as well on application of the Law №66-IVQD of the Azerbaijan Republic dated on the 11th of February, 2011 on making changes and additions to the Official Damage Codes of the Azerbaijan Republic   on making changes to the decision  №60 of the Cabinet of Ministers  of the Azerbaijan Republic “on aim to provide traffic security” dated from the 6th of April, 1999 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic makes a decision on:
1. 2.2-1 and 2.2-2 articles of below mentioned content to be added to record-keeping order of penalty points of officially reproached persons because of violations intended in the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “on Road Traffic” approved  by a decision № 60 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic dated on April 6, 1999 (the Azerbaijan Republic legislation collection of articles №4, dated on 1999 – article 267; legislation collection of articles №1, dated on 2001 – article 70, №7 – article 512 ; legislation collection of articles №8, dated on 2003 – article 460; legislation collection of articles №9, dated on 2005 – article 855, №11 – article 1061; legislation collection of articles №10, dated on 2007 –  article 1013; legislation collection of articles №2, dated on 2008 – article 116; legislation collection of articles №8, dated on 2010 – article 764).
2.2-1. If the official damage, caused by a person, refers to damages valued by points in cases intended in the article 35.2 of the Official Damage Codes of the Azerbaijan Republic, a point of more serious damage is defined while considering same damages matters.
2.2-2 While considering several official damages caused by a person in different periods of time which are valued by points, the point defined for more serious damage is determined by adding to one more point for other damage.
2. This Decree comes into force from the day of its being signed.
