Paytaxt istiqamətində hərəkətdə olan “DACİA” markalı, 90-CY-871 dövlət qeydiyyat nişanlı avtomobilin sürücüsü Ramin Xəlilov nəzarət qaydasında DİN-in Baş Dövlət Yol Polisi İdarəsinin Yol Patrul Xidməti Alayının VII Taqımının əməkdaşları tərəfindən saxlanılıb. Sənədlərin yoxlanılması zamanı sürücünün hərəkətləri şübhə doğurduğundan onun tibbi müayinədən keçməsi təmin olunub. Müayinə zamanı R.Xəlilovun narkotik maddə qəbul etməsi müəyyən edilib və o, narkotik istifadəçisi olduğunu etiraf edib. Keçirilən əməliyyat tədbirlərinin davamı olaraq həmin nəqliyyat vasitəsində sərnişin qismində olan Lalə Mirqasımovanın üzərirndən ümumi çəkisi 10,366 qram olan heroin, 11,319 qram metamfetamin, C.Hüseynzadənin üzərindən isə ümumi çəkisi 7,62 qram olan qurudulmuş marixuana aşkar edilib. R.Xəlilovun barəsində Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin müvafiq maddəsinə əsasən inzibati protokol tərtib edilərək baxılması üçün məhkəməyə göndərilib, C.Hüseynzadə və L.Mirqasımova isə aidiyyəti üzrə Hacıqabul RPŞ-yə təhvil verilb.
