In Shamkir, the person driving a car under the influence of a drug without a driving license was exposed

As a result of the measures implemented by the employees of the STP department of Shamkir RPD, the illegal actions of the driver who was driving under the influence of drugs were prevented.Thus, Etibar Jafarov, the driver of "VAZ 21011" vehicle with state registration plate 57-BP-246, was detained by traffic patrol officers because he continued to move when the traffic light was showing a prohibition sign. During the verification of the documents, it was found that the driver did not have the right to drive the vehicle and since his actions were suspicious, he was provided with a medical examination. During the examination it was determined that, E.Jafarov had taken drugs.
According to the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan an administrative protocol on Etibar Jafarov was drawn up and sent to the court for consideration. By the decision of the court Etibar Jafarov was arrested administratively.
