On the unlit road area in front of Khalitli village Secondary School located on the 8th km of the Goychay-Ujar road a pedestrian crossing regulated by a traffic light by lowering the speed limit has been installed by the General Traffic Police Department, and at the same time, our side of the crossing has been illuminated for the safety of pedestrians during the dark hours of the day.These measures are planned to be implemented gradually in the road areas considered necessary for the protection of human life and health.
