The employees of the special platoon of the RPS Regiment of the Main State Traffic Police Department stopped the driver of the "Kia Optima" brand car for not wearing a seat belt. During the examination, the driver, 21-year-old Imran Bayramov, who is registered in Shamkir city, showed signs of intoxication due to the influence of drugs, so he underwent a medical examination.During the examination, it was determined that Imran Bayramov was driving the rented car under the influence of drugs, and legal measures were taken against him.
In addition, a drug-like substance was found in two packages with a total weight of 1 kilogram packed separately from the trunk of the detained car. Orkhan Ganjaliyev, a resident of Baku, and Gulər Abdinova, a resident of Masalli district, who were passengers in that vehicle, were handed over to the Sabunchu District Police Department.
