Truck driver was detained for failing to comply with legal requirement of traffic police

Ali Huseynov, the driver of a “Shacman” truck with state registration number 99-XM-703, who was given a “Stop” sign by traffic police officers, continued driving without complying with the lawful order of the police.
Ali Huseynov was detained in consequence of the measures taken by the employees of the I platoon of the TPS Regiment of the Main STP Department.

An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the driver in accordance with the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Azerbaijan and sent to the court for consideration. By a court decision, Ali Huseynov was arrested in an administrative order.
