APPEAL of the Main State Traffic Police Department of the MIA to legal entities and individuals who organize travel tours with motor vehicles

Currently, the number of tours organized to the regions for travel has increased significantly due to the season. Various tourism agencies and in some cases, legal entities and individuals engaged in irregular passenger transport activities usually use buses or minibuses during these tours. However, unfortunately, the technical condition of vehicles, medical examination of drivers before roadtrip, their work and rest regime are not monitored, whether the technical characteristics of the vehicle are suitable for the relief of the area, the meteorological conditions in the area to be visited or the driving experience of the driver are not taken into account in most cases during irregular transportation and this increases the probability of traffic accidents on roads, especially in mountainous areas.

For the purpose of preventing serious accidents and ensuring safety, individuals organizing excursions are requested to conduct such trips only through specialized tourism agencies.
At the same time, it is brought to notice of bus and minibus owners, as well as their drivers that,  administrative disciplinary measures shall be taken against drivers, by prohibiting the movement of such vehicles, if cases of illegal transport to the regions of the Republic by individual persons are detected on the roads of the Republic.
We are hoping all those who think about their health before going on a trip will not be indifferent to the recommendations and instead, choose to go more safely.
