On non-release of road participants living in Baku, Sumgayit cities and Absheron district, but permanently registered in different district and cities of the republic from quarantine posts

The strengthened special quarantine regime was applied in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Lankaran, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad cities and Absheron district to reduce the spread of the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, as well as to minimize its possible consequences from June 21, 2020 at 00:00 to July 05, 2020 at 06:00. In this regard, some people working in authorized institutions and organizations were allowed to leave their place of residence and location for 2 hours once a day due to the need to buy food and other daily needs, medicines, use public services, banking or postal services, as well as to spend time outdoors based on their service cards, the information being entered into the portal “icaze.e-gov.az”, SMS information duly.However, observations conducted the past day show that some district registered people who received permission to leave their place of residence and location for 2 hours via SMS obtain permits to travel to areas not subject to a strengthened quarantine regime, rather than to their destination.
Taking into account aforementioned, MIA MSTPD brings to the attention of the road participants, who live in Baku, Sumgayit cities and Absheron districts, but permanently registered in different regions and cities of the country, that people wanting to go to the districts where they are permanently registered by getting permission via SMS will not be allowed to leave the quarantine posts located on the roads within the borders of these administrative territories, considering the spread of infection.
Please, those people should not suffer further by going in the mentioned directions considering location of quarantine posts at a distance of 50-60 kilometers from the capital, as well as do not attempt to cross quarantine areas by other means to avoid administrative or criminal responsibility for violations of anti-epidemic and quarantine regimes applied in the country.
