The Ministry of Internal Affairs announces a competition on admission to the service for the positions of Chief State Traffic Police Department, Traffic Police Regiment, traffic patrol service inspector (ordinary and junior chief personnel)


The citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with secondary or higher law, as well as who have specialties related to road transport, driving license, have completed the active military service, with height of over 175 cm, have simple speaking skills in English, permanently registered in Sabirabad, Saatli, Imishli, Shirvan, Shaki, Zagatala, Balakan, Gakh districts, over 20 and under 30 years of age and meeting conditions specified in the “Regulation on the Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, may participate in the competition.

Individuals who want to be admitted for the positions of traffic patrol service inspector (ordinary and junior chief personnel) in the bodies of internal affairs must submit the following documents to the address specified in this announcement:

- identification card
- diploma on secondary or higher education
- military identity card
- work-book (if any)
- driving license

The necessary documentation is carried out for the participation of citizen based on documents submitted.
The candidates are involved in in traffic rules and computer skills testing.
Health status and physical training level of the candidates are checked by relevant commissions on norms established for employees of internal affairs bodies.

Minimum norms of physical traning level:

- Running:

Up 100 (hundred) meters - 15.00 seconds,
Up 1000 (thousand) meters - 4.00 minutes

- Jerk in parallel bars: -- 6 times

Persons who want to participate in the competition must submit the following documents in person by applying to the administrative building of Main State Traffic Police Department of DIN (Binagadi highway 4 – Khirdalan, Baku city) every day (except Sunday) on July 10-30, 2011 from 10:00 to 17:00.
