Truck drivers who did not comply with the legal requirement of the traffic police were detained

Ismayilov Emin Matlab, the driver of the “Shacman” truck with state registration number 04-BK-532, Mammadov Elman Alijan, the driver of the “Howo” truck with state registration number 99-LC-492 and Mammadov Elshan Aliyusif, the driver of the “Howo” truck with state registration number 49-BH-452 did not obey the order of the police officer to stop when they violated the rules of cargo transportation.

Later, E. Ismayilov, E.Mammadov and E.Mammadov were detained employees of the TPS Regiment on Environmental Monitoring of the Main State Traffic Police Department

According to the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the administrative protocol was drawn up and sent to the relevant courts for consideration.
