The Main State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs started to hold the month of “Clean Air”.
05.08.2022The Main State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will hold the month of “Clean Air” together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources from August 1st to September 1st of the current year.
The main goal of holding the month of “Clean Air” which is of preventive importance is to prevent the operation of motor vehicles in which the amount of harmful substances released into the atmosphere in the exhaust gases of the engine exceeds the norm on the highways of our country, to educate drivers, as well as physical and legal entities engaged in passenger and cargo transportation activities, about the damage caused to the environment, including people's life and health, by the use of defective vehicles.
Once again we ask drivers, physical and legal entities to use motor vehicles in good condition from technical point of view, otherwise we will take measures in accordance with the legislation in connection with revealed violations.
