The restriction applied in Tbilisi Avenue of the capital has been completely removed
05.09.2022The repair and restoration works done on the avenue made it possible for road users to use the road comfortably and safely. The repair works carried out by SAAAR were completed in a short period of time, taking into account the intensity of traffic on the said avenue, mainly at night and on weekends. The repair works started at night were continued during the day if necessary. During all this time, preventive measures were taken by the STP for the safety of road users.
So, regarding the restrictions applied on the road in connection with the repair, as well as the measures taken in connection with the organization of the movement, the public was informed in advance by the STP, as well as the SPS employees who were involved in the service during the day during the repair works created conditions for the safe and uninterrupted use of the road by drivers and pedestrians, the satisfaction of the road users was ensured by using all forces and means.
In numerous appeals addressed to the Main STP Department by the public about this issue, it was stated that the temporary concern caused by the repair was met with understanding, and it was specially emphasized that the SPS employees provide uninterrupted service for their safety and comfort.
