It has been established that the person who endangered his life and the lives of other traffic participants is a resident of the Khachmaz district, Javad Farhadov. Javad Farhadov, who was driving a car without a power of attorney and moving against the flow of traffic at high speed, explained his action as haste, not realizing responsibility for the serious tragedy that could occur. Legal measures have been taken against the driver who committed serious violations.
