16.11.2021The current windy and rainy weather requires traffic participants to be more careful and responsible on the roads. Due to the windy weather, drivers should not park near or under trees, large billboards, as well as other objects that may overturn or break as a result of the wind.
In rainy weather, due to the wetness of the road surface and the high probability of car slipping due to the flow of water on the slopes, drivers should minimize the speed limit and maintain a sufficient distance, taking into account road and meteorological conditions.
Due to the formation of puddles on some parts of the roads as a result of rain, drivers should choose a speed limit when passing through these areas so that rainwater does not spill on the pedestrians moving on the sidewalks or passing road, as well as on buildings and other vehicles.
At the same time, pedestrians should choose as safe places as possible when moving near high-rise buildings. They should walk only on sidewalks, should not go on the highways and should cross the roads through the lanes and pedestrian crossings provided for their comfortable movement.
