08.01.2022Officers of the special platoon of the Main State Traffic Police Department of the MIA detained a person driving without a driver’s license, as well as under the influence of drugs.
On January 7, STP officers serving in the area called Khirdalan circle found a BMW car with registration number NN-635-NH, which was moving in the dark with external lights off. Even if the driver was told to stop, he did not obey the order, but later stopped the vehicle.
During the investigation, it was found out that Ilgar Aliyev Gahraman, born in 1983, did not have a driver’s license, as well as had an unpaid administrative fine of 1060 manats for the car and the driver was informed that the car would be placed in a guarded parking lot due to the mentioned reasons. In this case, I.Aliyev, who deliberately did not obey the lawful demand of the police, tried to resist and leave the area, but as a result of vigilance of STP officers, he was detained and handed over to the relevant authorities.
At the same time, during the medical examination, it was found out that Ilgar Aliyev was driving under the influence of drugs.
The collected materials were sent to Absheron District Court and according to the relevant decision, Ilgar Aliyev was administratively arrested for a month.
