One of drivers violating traffic rules died
12.01.2022At 03:00 on 11.01.2022, Mammadov Bakhtiyar Fazil born in 1964, a resident of Samuxh hit the car Daımler Chrysler with the number plate 20-CT-701 moving on the same direction and parked not being completely removed from the carriageway and Ahmadov Rauf Rajab born in 1974, a resident of Ganja, the driver of that car going out of the car and staying on the carriageway while being on the road to Gazakh by his truck Kamaz with the number plate 20-DL-316 on the section of Baku-Gazakh-Georgia state borderline highway passing through Sighirli village of Kurdamir. As a result, R.Ahmadov died from severe bodily injuries at the scene. A criminal case was initiated on the fact under the Article 263.2 of the Criminal Code and investigation is being conducted.
The Main State Traffic Police Department makes traffic participants aware of that there were also such traffic accidents for abovementioned reasons before and asks them to follow rules provided by law while getting on/off a vehicle, as well as parking or stopping vehicles on the carriageway and not neglect their and others’ life and health.
