To the attention of physical and legal persons engaged in cargo transportation
27.06.2022Despite the numerous administrative measures of influence on individual drivers on the transportation of unpacked, especially in the category of flammable loads, consisting of grass parcels exceeding the measurement parameters stipulated by the current legislation on local and inter-district highways of the Republic, unfortunately, there are still cases of such violations of the rule.
Taking into account the above-mentioned, as well as the high probability of the collapse of the load on the road or the exceeding of the car itself as a result of the impact of such transportation of cargo on the center of gravity of vehicles, in order to ensure safety on the roads, the Main STP Department of the MIA once again brings to the attention of physical and legal persons engaged in cargo transportation, especially drivers carrying out such transportation, according to the requirements of the current legislation, each of the listed circumstances is considered a serious rule violation and, depending on the result of the committed act, establishes administrative or criminal liability.
The Main STP Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs once again asks physical and legal persons engaged in cargo transportation to comply with the norms of cargo transportation and safety measures during cargo transportation.
We also note that serious measures of administrative punishment will be taken against the persons who committed administrative offenses in this field.
